Summer cool treats...........

Anybody make their own summer sweet treats?
This is one of the many I make...........
I get some chocolate ice-cream and put it in a sundae glass, I then get some peanut butter, add some honey or confectioner's sugar for sweetness and add this mixture to a blender. I add a little milk if it is too thick and a splash of vanilla. I give it a whirl till it looks like a nice sauce. I use it as a topping for the ice-cream and maybe add a smidgeon of chocolate sauce as well. I sprinkle some chopped peanuts on tops and pipe a dollop of cream on the top with a cheery garnish. Sorta tastes like a Reeces Peanut butter cup.

...it may not be completely authentic here, but us Northeners DO have sweet tea, and we can even get it at MickeyD's!!....we am sewfistikated...

Well, at least in some northern states. Around here, I think if you asked for sweet tea they'd bring you a glass of iced tea and point out the sugar bowl on the table.
