I forgot to quote Gramps

See above Grandpa - I am not quite sure yet how to do the "multiquote" thing here (another board upgrade, apparently) :biggrin2:

I've just had a play with it Neesy and you just click the Quote button on each post that you want to multi-quote and a button on the bottom left of the reply box will appear asking if you want to include these quotes--just follow the prompts.

Now lets see if this actually worked... :biggrin2:

I guess my question would be, yes, there are germs on the floor, and everywhere else, and it's not whether you ingest those germs but how much it enhances your probability of them going virulent? As opposed to shaking hands, or grabbing something off the counter, or brushing your teeth in the same room where you excrete, or grabbing a doorknob, or.... well. You get the idea.

Or as the Favored Author of this site once wrote in The Stand: "He left the sweet thang that waited his table a dollar tip that was crawling with death."

I honestly believe that the more we try to insulate ourselves from every possible pathogen the more vulnerable we render our immune system vulnerable when we do run into one. As with anything else, a balance has to be struck. You don't want to live in filth. Or a sterile bubble.
