On August 21st I'll be journeying to Atlanta to see Alice Cooper again (2nd time seeing) with Deep Purple (1st time seeing and am super excited), and Edgar Winter (1st time seeing) in concert. I have backstage passes to meet Alice Cooper and get some things signed and take some pictures with him and his stage doodads.

And it's just occurred to me that I have no idea what I'm going to say to the man himself without sounding like a nervous doofus.

I'm going to have to learn something new. Seriously, all I ever do with my phone is answer calls, make calls and take some photos. I hope there is someone at the arena that can help me with this.

I've used mine for movie tickets. I imagine it works the same way. You buy them online then, when you get there, you pull up the verification email which will have one of those weird square things or a bar code. They scan it, you're in. Et voila!

Did you notice that the Heat signed Kelly Olynyk? We have some Gonzaga in Florida now. He has a pretty good chance at being their starting power forward. He is so athletic and has such good shooting skills, I don't think they want him to just be Hassan Whiteside's backup. I think they are going to try to put him at power forward instead. I think he will be a good fit with the Heat.
