Thanks everyone! My Cholesterol and Triglycerides are good. Need to work on getting weight down which will, in turn, help my Blood Pressure lower back to normal. I know what to do, just gotta do it!

They will be changing all the windows and the balconydoor on monday against new, better ones. Got to make it presentable at least so they dont think a wild man lives here. The weekend will be a cleaning weekend. I'll take monday off because i wont leave the place with strangers strolling around everywhere if i'm not there! The weather is absolutely rotten today. A long and cold rain that makes you think about floods and wonder if Noa didn't have the right idea after all.... The beauty in fall is almost passed and now it is more the skeletons of trees standing outside. They look depressed about something too....

Glad to hear that you are doing well

As far as getting weight down, I know how you feel - mine seems to be gradually getting lower due to the extra exercise but of course I'm impatient and want to see results sooner

I feel lucky snowwise! We usually don't have snow until early december in Stockholm and sometimes even later. Oh it might snow on a cold night but it always disappears in the morning. Thats why november is known as the grey month..... No snow to brighten the day and landscape!
