I think they were trying to catch up from the mess that was season 3. Little character development, except of Awful Andrea (I hated her from her first scene-lol).
I would say that this one of the mistakes that the show made...the show did a bad job of writing Andrea's character...
I really like her in the comic books. She kicks butt!
I know! I like her in the books, too. Ashe was an annoying b-word on the show, though. Very glad to see her go. Contrary to popular opinion, I liked Lori better on the show, though. She made mistakes, Lord knows, but the actress made it work, and the writers made the working married relationship between her and Rick strong and believable.
I really hated that whole Andrea/Governor thing! She made so many bad decisions...glad to see her go, as well (Not the actresses' fault, just the writing and the direction of that character, ugh :/) Oh, I agree. Never had a problem with Lori, ok, yeah, she made bad decisions, but I thought Sarah Wayne Callies did a good job and I like her as an actress.

I agree Andrea could not have left sooner for me in the show. She did a good job of acting, just her character was just so annoying. It was not her fault that the writers gave her a bad character.
I like the actress, but the character was teeth-grindingly awful. It's too bad, because Andrea is such a strong, positive character in the books.
Interesting side fact of those who have left Walking dead-The actor who played Merle Mr. Rooker has a big role in Guardians of the Galaxy and the actress who played Lori has a lead role in another movie coming out shortly.
Rooker was good in GG (has a small part!) Lori is going to be Into the Storm this month!
Have you seen 'Slither'? Very gross, very funny movie by the director of Guardians of the Galaxy. Michael Rooker, Nathan Fillion…can't lose with that one
