I don't read the comics but the character looks pretty bad ass which would suit Mr. Rollins well. Is he s good guy or bad guy in the comic?

Oh bad. Very bad…but with good aspects. WD is big on that :)

I read or watched something about that (can't remember which). A Brit guy wanted to know how people tasted, but it illegal to consume human flesh in the UK (even your own). So. He had a lab burn a piece of flesh (I think that WAS from him) and get the chemical composition. They then tested various meats for similar composition. As I recall, they came to the decision that people would taste like a combination of pork and free range chicken.
