I'm not as well versed as I should be in this, but have you run this one past Marsha, as Richard Bachman surely has to be intellectual property of Stephen?
(If I am wrong about this, apologies... one day I will get time to read up on this some more.)
No doubt Richard Bachman is his property. So I wrote it as Dicky, Jr. If this is also an infringement, I'll remove the piece.
I'm not really sure, that's why I thought you should run it past Marsha. (My thoughts were that because it is still a fictional piece and not an article as such, you're using one of Stephen's creations/characters and I just know that he prefers people don't do that.)
I think perhaps leave it up to Marsha..?
