Very true Doc, but THIS lasagna is to die for. I'm not a big fan of "saucy" lasagna and this stuff is perfect. Very friendly family that runs it, manager comes around and checks on everyone to see how they're doing and if you like the food. It's become one of our favorite restaurants.
