OK-- then the child should not have been there. Guess no seat belt or car seat laws. Glad he was safe.
I am assuming there are no car seat laws.
Absolute miracle he was injured, either by the fall or another vehicle running him over.
...one of the most populated places on the face of the Earth, and no child seat laws.....idiots....and irony.....how many of the damn things are manufactured there and sent to the States where there are laws?....
