We are blessed to have two novels this year, indeed.

Especially since we just had two fantastic new novels last year in 2013.. Dr Sleep and Joyland.

SK still churns out quality material, so I'll be anticipating them!

So it looks like we will only get one this 2016 (End of Watch)... I just hope our King is not slowing down!!!
I know there will be a short story this December too (The Music Room), but it is just not the same as past years.
    Any thoughts?

...he will be releasing a non-fiction piece later this year, but last I knew the details were still firming up...we also have to consider that the man has every right to back off if he chooses...it's not like he's given us some kind of emasculated catalog...I'd rather have him continue at his own pace than hit the NOS and have him blaze out....

I think you are completely right GNTLGNT, it is just the wishful thinking of having lots and lots of books out there to read.
But definitely we want him to continue quality work at the pace that suits him best.
It is hard enough to keep up at the current pace anyway!!!
