How do we earn these ...and can we save them up like in the time zone gaming arenas ? I never seem to get enough for the prizes on the top shelf, only the little crappy 'made in china' plastic doofers like the colourful slinky, or the bag of bouncy balls. Maybe if we get enough we can have a raffle at the end if the year.

Or are they like bit coins, and we have to solve mathematical equations to mine them?

Do you really mean warning points (given for inappropriate behavior) or the trophy points? Warning points aren't something to aspire to. The trophy points are a feature that was built in with this software but they're not utilized and won't earn anything.
