We bought some ground chicken; now I have to find a good recipe using that. I've already cooked some potatoes but I just boiled them in their skins. I'm thinking something baked in the oven with a bit of cheese for those.

Will probably have a Caesar salad on the side.

Andy bought leeks and says he will make a potato and leek soup. He told me the recipe is in his head but unfortunately I cannot get inside his head so I can't start it while he sleeps in!

Andy is making some beef soup using the left over roast beef bones and meat but he says he needs to go get some beef stock as the soup currently looks very "peely wally".
