Still sitting in the doctor's office waiting and now I've been here an hour;
I called ahead and told the receptionist I would be 10 minutes late.

It's all good - it was just a busy day plus they were ripping up the parking lot which caused delays.
Today I got word, I am switching departments at work and am no longer in books. Oh well it's also time for a change. I will still do my daily check of both Stephen Owen, and tabby's books along with ceritan editions of jo hills books and Kelly brwffet books. Kind of annoying but whatever, glad I get to,learn something mew
Today I learned what plantar fasciitis is. Not cool. Not cool at all.
Had to register my niece and provide a reference so she can stay in the Y.W.C.A.
Could you be lactose intolerant? I finally figured it out after having that problem every time I drank an instant breakfast. Took me a while. Now I take lactose pills before any milk product passes my lips and everything is cool. I've also found out that they put milk in things you don't expect. Frozen Pizza. Toaster Strudel.
....it IS miserable and my wife suffers from it.....even custom orthotics weren't much help.....surgery does nothing, but some exercises for the feet and good shoes help, plus OTC analgesics.....

I had a flagon of full cream milk then spoke to the Phillipino lady whose father was an American serviceman over there and he, his wife and the kids came to Australia when she 12. She asked me how old I was and I told her and she said I don't look it and then she asked me how old I was and I said you don't look 37. I watched some DVD in the morning.
It's is in the evening, and I am going to make my lunch for tomrow and have a bath, while listing to a king you tube vedio, and then read my current read one on one
I went to my Nana's rest-home tonight and watched a game of rugby with her... this never gets old.
