What's That Noise?

Sound almost exactly like when I was cutting copper tubing in the middle of the night after the pipes burst in freezing temperatures and flooded my basement.
I go with the X-Files theory. It's just an alien learning to play a wind instrument!
I guess the "experts" have ruled out any type of leaking pipe or valve for now. Sounds electronic to me. Something recorded? A joke? Sunny using power tools? What?
How'd you make out with your plumbing problem?
Plumber will come today or tomorrow, or so he says. Also just developed a problem with the kitchen sink faucet and having him take a look at it in addition to the bathroom faucet. I'm not even going to attempt a fix on it.
(Looking at today's avatar OoO, I once met Wolfman Jack on a business trip to Dallas. I was having a few drinks at the bar after dinner and he walked in. The bartender yelled over to him as he was passing by and he came over to talk. We chatted for a few minutes about the movie American Graffiti. He was on his way up to a party in one of the hotel’s suites and invited me to join him. I thanked him for his generosity but declined, saying I wouldn’t know anyone and he didn’t need a fan chatting him up all evening. He laughed and went on his way.)

Without listening to it, it's just another sound that I have to get up in the middle of the night to check on and make sure there's no bad guys hiding in the closets or the furnace room.
Sounds like me. I would like to say that our dog has got the strange noises covered, but except for high winds the lug sleeps through anything.....
I'm not anywhere close to Oregon, so it can't be me.....
...it sounds to me like something made by a steam whistle.....but it could be a Yeti fart as well.....
