I wish I had - it is too late now - but maybe I could just remove some of the fat that has hardened on the top? Can you imagine eating that full fat hamburger all the time? Neesy, if you use high fat meat, you can 'rinse it' after cooking. A quick spray of hot water will remove extra fat (tip given to me by a dietician I used to work with at the nursing home).
