...after growing up on 8 acres outside town, this in-town living sucks, but was necessary at the time due to immediacy to schools and healthcare...the neighbors across the street have gotten better since the drug-dealing has gotten more subtle or ceased, and the cops have stopped swinging by-plus the juvenile court troops are not banging on the door...behind us, are a family we are nominally civil with, though I personally can't stand them...their son killed a young girl-due to texting while driving, and after "doing time" in a kiddie camp, they had the nerve to put up a huge banner in their yard welcoming him home-as if he'd been to war....I resisted the urge to set it on fire...so, no-I don't care for the people here-and the only reason I'm not out, is that I swore I would never move again , until I move to my folk's property after they reach their clearings....
Time to lift s leg and mark your territory swiftdog, show em who is boss Dogg..
Yes, it's nice to have the police close by. I live a block from Starbucks and I know if I ever need a cop, all I have to do is run down the street.Overall my neighbours are okay. I know the ones from the back lane better than the ones from the front street. I have been here almost 13 years now and the cops are three doors down from my place, so I think that helps quite a bit.
