The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe!Great present.
There is a deli located near where I work that specializes in foods brought in from Lebanon and Jordan. They have a candy to die for called Turkish Delight, and my favorite flavor is Rosewater (distilled from fresh rose petals). You’ve got to try some Kurben when you’re there... if you haven’t already.
With a few drinks in you, I bet? We've all been there!I am still embarrassed about myself dancing to that song. And it always happens at weddings.
Okay, you got me stumped! Is this some sort of Jedi cryptanalysis? The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe!
The Chronicles of Narnia?Okay, you got me stumped! Is this some sort of Jedi cryptanalysis?
LOL. Now I get it. And I even think I saw the movie on TV.The Chronicles of Narnia?
(That badass winter witch-lady was eating Turkish Delight when she was trying to turn Edmund to the Dark Side.)
He posted one about politics/elections in Sweden. They have their own version of the GOP. *shiver*LOL. Now I get it. And I even think I saw the movie on TV.
But I’m not trying to turn Kurben over to the Dark Side (The GOP according to Ms Mod ). Heck, I don’t think he even visits the Politics forum.
Thanks for the tip. Will definitely try some!!Great present.

You are only learning this... now?Jeez... Nothing gets by you, does it?
That's what I get paid the big bucks for....among other things.Jeez... Nothing gets by you, does it?
Actually i do. I think the discussions between you, Hoss, Granpa and MS. Mod are both entertaining, a bit frightening and it also tells me things of the US i don't know, that we never hear of. But as I, alas, don't know to much of the subject myself i most often are satisfied with reading. It is written of Ferguson of course but not so much more of the more recent discussions.LOL. Now I get it. And I even think I saw the movie on TV.

Thanks for the heads up and good to know. So there is still hope of turning you over to the Dark Side. We have plenty of Turkish Delight you know.Actually i do. It takes more than some Tuirkish Delight to turn me to the Dark side. Even the most extreme right people that exist in Sweden wouldn't dare to argue against healthcare and i'm definitely not one of them. The Chronicles of Narnia?

There's much more to the Dark Side than healthcare. And we've got all the hot women. It takes more than some Tuirkish Delight to turn me to the Dark side. Even the most extreme right people that exist in Sweden wouldn't dare to argue against healthcare and i'm definitely not one of them.
Wow that is really the best present ever! Really happy for youI just got the best present ever. Next year I will fill an even number and since my mother can't get out and buy me a present (to ill) she said that i deserved a really lovely vacation at a spot I perhaps wouldn't get to otherwise. So she said that she would buy me the trip and that would be a combined christmas and birthdaygift. I had to buy it myself but now it is all done. In the middle of march i will go to Jordan (the Country, not the River) for two weeks. Included are a visit to the ancient city of Petra and Swimming in the Dead Sea. The hotel itself is situated on the beach of the Red Sea and will give lots of oppurtunities for bathing, and tanning. Don't know what they eat there but I always look forward to trying local specialities when i'm abroad. My opinion is that I have the best mom in the whole universe. I'm very happy about for it is a bit too expensive for me alone but i really wanted to see Petra and the Dead Sea and the Red sea. Now i really have something to look forward to. Just wanted to share my joy. Didn't know where to go with it otherwise.
