I had to DVR this, and the Grammy's - was at an olive oil tasting last night. Looking forward to watching tonight!
They're showing the second episode tonight. Apparently it's going to be airing Monday nights from now on.
1) I've never watched Breaking Bad. (Yeah, I know. I'm that guy.)
2) I saw the ad for this. Looked OK, but there was a guy in it who I wanted to punch, repeatedly. Turned out he's the main character. So...
lol... I'm that girl and I had the same thoughts about the main character lol. I enjoyed the first episode though. I like Raymond Cruz - it was nice seeing him play a role so different than his role in Major Crimes. And I love Lenny
I got a little confused since I never watched Breaking Bad. Were the opening scenes a flash forward to after Breaking Bad? Was that grumpy parking lot attendant in Breaking Bad? He's funny
Better Call Saul is a prequel. So all of this happens before Breaking Bad And, yes! That grumpy parking lot attendant is Mike--he was an important character in BB!
Thanks TG It was the time frame for the scene in the cinnamon bun shop and the scene where he's watching the recording of the better call saul commercials that confused me.
Was Mike a parking lot attendant in BB? Are there any other characters in BCS who were also in BB? Sorry for all the questions
I did not understand the grounding business.Did you ground yourself?
No problem no bounce no play! No--Mike was aReprising characters from BB so far are"fixer" and Saul's PI in Breaking BadMike and Tuco. All the other characters we haven't seen before in BB.
I did not understand the grounding business.
Mike was a bery, bery, scary bad guy in BB, Raymond Cruz played an extremely crazy drug dealer in BB.
Thank you so much TG! I'm ready for the next episode now
dang! now I want to watch BB just to see Mike and Cruz!
An absolute must see!dang! now I want to watch BB just to see Mike and Cruz!
I watched BB when AMC did marathon run last year, it was my secret delight that I kept from the rest of the family. So BH was not thrilled at all with BCS, I'll let him view Monday's show and if he is still nonplussed I'll keep further episodes to myself.
