I did not know that!So I assume Carrie Underwoods hubby Mike is bummed. He plays for the Preditors.
Certainly will. i hope he enjoys his job.My son is starting a new job today (well - he says it is a 'work experience'). I am a bit nervous for him so even though this is not the thread about "positive vibes" etc. if you could say a prayer for him and send good wishes that would be appreciated.
He had to wear safety boots - the kind with steel toes. It's a company called Pakmark Ltd. and they do all kinds of labels, tapes, packaging, decals etc.
The part he likes is that they have a line of sports related products (like for the Winnipeg Jets hockey team and the Blue Bombers football team).
Miss her alot.Me too, it's good to have him back... now if we could just get morgan back in here...
I think as the week wears on he may find it more tiring than usual - at his other job he only worked Tues. Wed and Fri.Certainly will. i hope he enjoys his job.
Lots of luck to your boy, Neese... I think he will do just fine.My son is starting a new job today (well - he says it is a 'work experience'). Just dealing with some stuff, I guess... winter's in N Dakota are tough too I hear. I don't know how you guys all do it.Is she on some sort of hiatus?
(this long, long winter has gotten many people down, up North here)
She is directly below my province of Manitoba - we will drive down to North Dakota to go shopping, but now they recommend you bring your passport. We will probably pass through her state this coming summer.Just dealing with some stuff, I guess... winter's in N Dakota are tough too I hear. I don't know how you guys all do it.

Hope she comes back! (I miss good old kingzeppelin too - he hasn't been on here in a very long time).

Thanks for trying, Lin... she was last here Sat--or maybe Fri? (the time difference thing)I tried calling but her answering machine is full.
she always shows up for the reading group discussion. Perhaps i better join in and quit being so lazy. Thanks for trying, Lin... she was last here Sat--or maybe Fri? (the time difference thing)
I think the lack of interest there might be getting her down a little, but I suspect it's not the reason she has been away.she always shows up for the reading group discussion. Perhaps i better join in and quit being so lazy.
Since my eye issues. I try to read the posts here,I think the lack of interest there might be getting her down a little, but I suspect it's not the reason she has been away.
Well THAT'S good - I stopped going in there a while back as it was starting to feel a wee bit like an obligation and I felt bad if I did not do my studyingI think the lack of interest there might be getting her down a little, but I suspect it's not the reason she has been away.
I'm very guilty of not participating in the reading club, I haven't tried because I know that I would never be able to fit in the extra reading.. and it might end up feeling like homework... and then my rebel side would kick in and I would avoid it just to get out of doing my homework. I'm not the right person to be in a book club.Since my eye issues. I try to read the posts here,
. But really haven't done much reading or taking part in our library activities. I hope to get the ok for new glasses and that should help. I think Morgan has other issues going on too. She has been struggling with somethings. I sure hope to hear from her soon.
Snap!Well THAT'S good - I stopped going in there a while back as it was starting to feel a wee bit like an obligation and I felt bad if I did not do my studying
i.e. the old "the dog ate my homework" way of thinking.
