Annie Wilkes was terrifying but in the beginning you could atleast manipulate and placate her.Norman Daniels couldn't be reasoned with whatsoever. The worst part for me was when he dig his fingers into his palm and let the blood drip into his office desk...totally insane! That gave me the creeps!)
You little trollop you. Or rather you Giant trollop!
Me too. Probably because we know how we can be.....women scare me more than men.....

...you just like him, cuz he said dead was better....I find Jud Crandall kind of scary to be honest.
I know he's generally seen as a good guy, but you always get the sense that he knows more than he lets on and he is the one who introduces Louis to the Pet Sematary. He could be Stephen King's version of Iago from Shakespeare's Othello.
I just watched Kathy Bates as Annie today - I had recorded Misery from Encore Avenue onto my PVR - wow!Annie Wilkes. She creeps me out and i'm sure there are people like that. (that says quite a bit about my faith in humanity doesn't it?)
Lol,you might be right, there is nothing scarier than a pack of angry women!especially when you get a few together!
No doubt about it. She deserved it. One of the more wellearned wins in my opinion.I just watched Kathy Bates as Annie today - I had recorded Misery from Encore Avenue onto my PVR - wow!
I liked it quite a bit - there was actually some humour in the movie too - overall I think she deserved the Academy Award. The book was very good as well, just more in depth.
Mr. Flip?Mr. Flip and the Space Cowboy *shudder*
