...Monster teas.....
Don't trust 'em. Don't drink 'em.
Coffee is as radical as it gets for me.
Aren't you to young for coffee there mate?Just coffee.
Nah, they breed 'em tough in my country...Aren't you to young for coffee there mate?
None of 'em are good for you. They give you a boost, but then you crash harder than you started. B -12 is better for energy than caffeine or sugar.
Protein is a good thingThe ones that I drink are sugar free
5% protine

(kidding, if someone gave one of my kids coffee at 10 years... there'd be trouble.)

This is me too. I prefer tea. But drink black coffee. I can go through streaks of having one a day, and then nothing for months. Doesn't keep me awake at all.Oh, the coffee as a kid.
One of my earliest memories is sitting on my own Grandma's lap, by the potbellied stove, and taking wee sips of coffee. She liked it black, no sugar, and I remember not liking the taste, but I felt special there on her lap sharing her coffee, so I sipped away.
Now I might drink four or five cups in a day, or none at all for the weekend. I can drink a cup of coffee at night and go to sleep (although my preference is tea). It doesn't make me up or keep me awake. It's just another thing to drink. Black, of course, no sugar.
