That is why we drank Keystone! Just the sight of the cans are enough to make the tumtum turn. Blechhh! I don't think I've ever had Schmidt's.CAT!! I'm shocked!!!
Our preferred beer was Schmidt's when we were younguns because it was CHEAP!!!
I thought I was in heaven when I snuck one of my dad's beers and he had Schmidt's on hand. He usually got Valley Forge beer that I think he paid $1.50 for a case of 16 ounce bottles. The anguish experienced at Valley Forge has dual meaning for me.CAT!! I'm shocked!!!

Schaefer was brewed in the Lehigh Valley (my neck of the woods) for some time until Stroh's took it over. Then the whole operation went to hell.
It's in every beer distributorship around here.Holy crap! I haven't scene Schmidt's since well I can't remember....LOL Here's why..........

Come on. Schaefer employed a lot of people around here back in the day. We sang the jingle in school right after the Pledge Of Allegiance. You still remember that old Schaefer song?
Fossil ain't just a timepiece, you know.I knew the two of you were old, but I didn't realize y'all are ancient!
...at this point....a big waste of Benjamin's and more negative publicity...our lines are getting better through the draft, but a decent QB keeps escaping us...I think it's even missing a few. What do you think of Mr Football?
...aren't those Dez Bryant's?....Those would go well with her khakis........
...In my college days we dubbed it "Sh*t's Bavarian".....cuz it certainly would oil the old colon...Oh yes it is! A lot of people still drink it in these parts. When you pass thru in November I'll be sure to pick you up a case.
