I got the same message. But he meant mine. Yours was just a copy of mine, 'cause he ran out of original things to say. He told me so in a personal tweet no one else can see. I swear.Got my copy from Waterstreet Books today! Here's a pic:

Where did you guys order your autographed books from? Cemetery Dance or elsewhere?
TWSS, literally.....Water street Bookstore
You should book mark Joe's site and check it once in a while. Over the last couple of years that I have been visiting his site, he has posted various signings through Water Street Bookstore. I believe he lives near it and pops in once in a while to sign and doodle books. When you order, you tell them who you want it signed to and if you want him to doddle something in it. I feel this won't last too much longer though, as The Fireman is poising him for breakout status and who knows what the future will bring as far as his availability.Where did you guys order your autographed books from? Oh, I didn't realize you had to say, please doodle in my book! I thought it was just something he did! Mine has no doodle, but I am still plumb tickled pink with it.You should book mark Joe's site and check it once in a while. btw... I started The Fireman this past weekend and so far it is my favorite book of his. It is well-written storytelling, much like his dad's in the "glory years." I like it much better than the last few efforts by SK (other than the Brady Trilogy) to be honest.

I did have mine personalized, so I'm good with no doodle. He still wrote my name! Has been fun to see everyone's here, for sure!I remember there being a box to put your name in if you wanted it personalized. The instructions were to only put your name - I think Joe did the rest on his own. I had the one from Waterstreet personalized and I ordered one from Cemetery Dance (hasn't arrived yet) that I believe is just a signature. I had already ordered the one from Waterstreet when I got a notice from Cemetery Dance that they were offering signed books so I figured what the heck, I'll get another one. If I would have made it to the signing, I would have three signed books.
Sorry. Not sure if that was the case with The Fireman (mine is sans doodle), but it was for NOS4A2. He did some fine doodle work in that one!Oh, I didn't realize you had to say, please doodle in my book! I thought it was just something he did! No, no sorry necessary! I will store that little nugget of info for any future ones, though! Thank you!Sorry. Not sure if that was the case with The Fireman (mine is sans doodle), but it was for NOS4A2. He did some fine doodle work in that one!
