...cool!...thank ye!!....To those who have read 11/22/63...here's a real picture of the Warumbo Mill, in Lisbon Falls, where I lived for a year....View attachment 17947

...I look at it as history, not an eyesore-course I love old buildings like that....coming from a small and historical town of my own, is what gave me an appreciation for the antiquated/dilapidated concrete and steel dogs.....Oh, so they finally demolished it....that's good...such an eye sore...
I misread that at first - it sounded like you lived IN the Mill for a yearTo those who have read 11/22/63...here's a real picture of the Warumbo Mill, in Lisbon Falls, where I lived for a year....View attachment 17947
You've got a point there.......I look at it as history, not an eyesore-course I love old buildings like that....coming from a small and historical town of my own, is what gave me an appreciation for the antiquated/dilapidated concrete and steel dogs.....
That IS sad, especially since the next King Kon will be in MaineI was just about to type "as long as the kennebec fruit Co is still there" and googled it to make sure, turns out it closed in February. Now that is sad. A 103 year old convenience store closing is a big loss of small town character. I always wanted to find myself in Lisbon falls, maine buying a moxie from frank anicetti at the kennebec, now I never will.
