He used to be the best sleeper, even as a baby. Within the past few months, not so much. It's hard. Most days I'm just thankful to get through without injury or destruction.

(I think the biggest thing is to remember to call for help when you need it, the world we live in now understands better than it ever has, that you can't do this alone... and that it's okay to admit when things are getting too hard. Sometimes all you need is just a few hours in a row where you're not the go-to person, to get you through it.)
Is he on medication? (My client needs constant adjustments because the symptoms are ever changing.. and sometimes the drug companies no longer fund things... hugely frustrating especially when something is working and then gets discontinued.)
