Don't be obtuse. Glad to know your born-again classes teach you rudeness, snark, sarcasm and disrespect. God is so proud of you. And Jesus wept.
You're going to turn me into a stability device? Sounds wonderful! I'll be right there....No, we're going to keel you!

Oh wait... maybe I haven't really thought this through.
Oh crikey... when you put it like that? You are going to "keel" Flake? Turn her upside down, so you can keel her????

I was a little upset that I was told I was one step from murder. Sheesh.
Oh my goodness . . .I'm gonna blow out my booty-tootie laughing!
Ooooh... not good. Glad you made it home safely.I am angry today because drivers in my city think that they'll get extra bonus points if they hit some motorcycles on the way home.
Down in Texas we pronounce that word "kale" as in, "Ahm gunna kale all y'all, sugars!" Everybody's a sugar, regardless of how sweet they are. But upside down? Isn't that fanny first? I was breech birth and I'm here to tell ya, that was no fun a'tall! That was my Charming Southern accent!
'Oh Darlin', I do b' lieve I'll keel you!"
Is there something in the water?
Lol, you just reminded me of my auntie. When I was a little girl, I asked Aunt Mickey why she did not ever marry. She was a nun in San Antonio and had a Master's degree in Education. She told me that she was a Career Girl and that was that. For years, I told folks that my aunt was a nun and a Korea girl. With the Texas accent, that is exactly what Career sounded like. I did not know the difference.Down in Texas we pronounce that word "kale" as in, "Ahm gunna kale all y'all, sugars!" Everybody's a sugar, regardless of how sweet they are. But upside down? Just remembered why religion is a personal thing for me.Ok, lets recap. I made a comment to HollyGolightly in strict reference to faith that I know she has and appreciates, if her liking the comment is any indication. Then I was told to keep any thing associated with God in "Religion", as if being a person of faith is something I just keep in a box and isn't something I am. Now you're saying that the SKMB isn't my personal pulpit, when I wasn't preaching when I was talking to Holly. But the SKMB is my personal pulpit, I preach a lot in the King JV thread and other threads. I hadn't been in this thread until you started making demands, so I really have to thank you for that. But don't worry, you can just employ the next level of control, censorship and then exile. If that doesn't work, and quiet "those people" down you can move up to murder. Just let me know if you need my address.

Not sure if these comments answer the question WWJD?, but religious people have a way of turning the very people off that they're trying to "save."
The mods, I think, are just trying to promote a little tolerance by asking you to do your preaching in the Religion forums.
They didn't ban you from the site at all...just doing their jobs.
I am irritated at the school. I got a message from Evan's teacher that they want him to go to an after school math class for 6 weeks, starting Monday.
Now, the reason this irritates me is because Evan has an A- in math. They are basing the need for this extra help on his MAP test scores, which is that test all the schools use now, you know, teach for the test. Well, my understanding of those tests is that each time they take them, the questions a student gets are based on the last round of scores. So in some cases, the questions are about things they haven't even covered in class yet. (This has happened to him before)
We just don't think he needs it. And there are other things going on that would be difficult to work around, like him being responsible for getting his brother and sister home in the afternoons, especially since I have little RJ here at least 3 afternoons a week...I still have no vehicle and will not drag the baby out in this cold. Evan is already signed up and paid up for hunter safety classes, they start later this month and would overlap. But the biggest reason is because he is an A student.
I don't know. Maybe I'm overreacting. Obviously we want him to succeed, but I would hardly count an A- a failure.
