I think maybe you should just be happy that it isn't as sharp as the one I save for OoO and DiO.........yetUm, I prefer a rod as opposed to a stick.

I was saving that as a surprise.......I hear tell rumors say you're upgrading you kit for us this year.
It's a conspiracy between fitness instructors, I tell ya!I can say the Zumba instructor new year's goal was to personally kill all of us. She is so motivational!!
....that's what she said!.....Um, I prefer a rod as opposed to a stick.
He also wears his underwear on the outside of his tights.......just sayin'
I would love to see that!Oiled feet. It was a disaster. I'm actually a little sore from it all.

This is about what i was dressed in(but my skirt was shorter and more see throughy) when i was doing my famous bellydancerroutine on a stage in front of 250 persons including my teachers at the university. That was a CHALLENGE!
Yes dear, whatever you say dear......I am the Man of Steel....

You're really just my friend who gets a slight beer buzz, and enjoys sashaying through the house in tights......
Ouch - that looks like it would burn in many ways! Excellent!Apparently both of my yoga instructors have decided that our New Year's challenge is not just planks, which we do several of in every class, but upped the ante with forearm planks this week. On Monday we had to go from a forearm table to a forearm downward facing dog with knees bent and then hold it. Not sure how long (probably 30 seconds, maybe a little more) but felt like forever. The pics show what that looks like--give it a try; uses a lot more muscles than you'd think. After 3 classes with forearm planks and other upper arm work, my arms are killing me today. The instructor on Mondays and Wednesdays is big on core strength which is great--after the class, not so much doing the work.

If i could i would as they say...... The performance was only preserved on Video and i dont think it was transformed when that technique died onto a digital media.... Just imagine i got three encores. The audience loved me!! So i had a short but successful stagecareer you might say. (Was even asked to perform by a female friend at her party before her wedding. Is it Brideshower they are called in english? When only the bride and her female friends are present?). Of course i complied. Anything for a friend.[/QUOTE]I would love to see that!
Seriously? That is fascinating!

My favorite Zumba instructor left the Y. I'm bummed. And concerned about who they're going to replace her with.

I signed up for a Tai Chi course this month - not sure if that helps with balance - perhaps if Tai Chi does not work I will try yoga! Not sure I could do it with tights--will have to try that--but have noticed a huge difference in my balance after doing yoga for the past year. I can now put on my socks standing up without a bit of imbalance. It's one of the reasons I wanted to get back into yoga as balance is so important as you get older.
