Is your dog sick - that he/she can't be alone for the time it takes to shower??Can't go out because it's absolutely pouring down with rain so I have to go and see if I can ask my neighbour if he can mind my dog while I have a shower.
It doesn't like being left alone for too long and also I heard some thunder and she gets upset and chews the furniture if I'm not around. Is your dog sick - that he/she can't be alone for the time it takes to shower??
Completely understand. I have many stories from when my girl was still alive... Enjoy the companionship. I pray you have many more years together! It doesn't like being left alone for too long and also I heard some thunder and she gets upset and chews the furniture if I'm not around.
My Akita would grab ahold of the sofa slipcover and pull it across the floor. He feared thunder. It doesn't like being left alone for too long and also I heard some thunder and she gets upset and chews the furniture if I'm not around.
My mom has a Thundershirt for her Irish Wolfhound (think you've mentioned these before too!). We've also used Rescue Remedy and Melatonin for natural anxiety treatment. My Akita would grab ahold of the sofa slipcover and pull it across the floor. He feared thunder.
Thundershirt is a miracle worker. Rescue remedy worked for my Doxie, not so much for Mack, the Akita. My mom has a Thundershirt for her Irish Wolfhound (think you've mentioned these before too!). We've also used Rescue Remedy and Melatonin for natural anxiety treatment.
....if it hurts up into your palm dearheart, I would opine that you have a touch of carpal tunnel.....
Yeah. I'm absorbed with that show! Every episode makes me laugh, most make me at least misty, and they make me think. This week's was rough, though. After a thoroughly crappy day, it was a major tearjerker (in a good way, if that makes sense--not pseudo schmaltzy pathos, but realistic situations). Now I have a crying headache. The TV show? You can make realistic fake blood with thinned corn syrup and food coloring (red and blue, until you get the color you want).Nail polish I had not thought of--I was wanting something watery which would spread a lot. This trail is neither as wide nor as dark as I'd like. I considered thinning acrylic paint, but it would have taken a lot of mixing to achieve the right shade, as my acrylic reds are also too bright to look like blood, and I had all this old ink I needed to get rid of anyway. At the very bottom of the last picture is visible some of the ink which was originally red, but discolored to brown.
Do you know if red nail polish would come out looking like blood on the snow? I don't think a law enforcement person would get fooled with that because it looks too bright red to be real blood.
....yep, that would do it ya little hooligan.....I do have that as well. But this pain is different. It's the wrist, and the brace prevents it from twisting or getting bent if I carry weight.
I was playing a pinball machine. You remember the original machines with a silver ball and flippers? I put $20 in quarters in, when games were 3 for a quarter. And won quite a few free games. And tilted a lot of them. Remember how they registered tilted? I was about 90 lbs soaking wet, jamming that machine with the heals of my hands. And all these many many years later...still paying for it.
I was mad. And usually when I was angry I went to a pool and swam lengths. Couldn't get to a pool and thought pinball was a good choice. Thought wrong.
....suuuurrrreeeee.......Not if it's arterial blood. More oxygenated, brighter red. I come by that knowledge through my job at the blood bank. Purely innocent, I assure you.
What will I be doing today?
