***SPOILERS FOR DARK TOWER BOOKS 3-6***
Can anyone help me out here.

When we first meet Calvin Tower in "The Waste Lands," he exists on the same level of the Dark Tower as Jake Chambers. During the scene where they meet, when Jake gets the riddle book and "Charlie The Choo-Choo," there is no mention of Stephen King. In Wolves of the Calla (I think) Eddie, Jake and Oy go todash and witness Jake meeting Calvin Tower, except this time the author of "Charlie The Choo Choo" has changed and Stephen King is mentioned on a sign in the book store.
Is Calvin Tower from Waste Lands different from Tower in todash-New York? I only ask because the lot with the Rose, as far as I understand, only exists in Jake's New York. If todash-Calvin Tower lives on the same level as Stephen King, how can he own the plot with the Rose on it? Unless Stephen Kings exists on the same level as Jake Chambers.
Ultimately I don't quite follow the logic of how Eddie and Roland in "Song of Susannah" can meet Stephen King then drive some miles over to Calvin Tower and have him sign over the Rose. I did not think Stephen King existed on the same level as the Rose.
