Just heard on the news that the airline our travel agent booked us on (going from Winnipeg to Toronto, at least) has been talking about a pilot walk-out and strike

I called the travel agency but they don't open until 9. The booking was just made on Friday so I wonder if it's too late to switch to another airline?
You might be able to switch since you are using a travel agent, plus the time gap gives lots of wiggle room.
