If you are the woman who set your fingernails on fire at the Rock Bottom Remainder concert back in the day, please step forward and tell us about it.

If you are the female who jumped into the limo with Tabby and Steve and told Stephen you " loved him for his mind," and who Tabby calls (I might not have the exact wording) "a silly little b*tch" in the book, Midlife Confidential: The Rock Bottom Remainders Tour America with Three Chords and an Attitude, please step forward and tell us about it.
Lol when did these happen? Poor Mrs. King.

I’ve stepped on both too, Legos are small fries compared to an electrical plug, although LEGO drill pieces are hell on earth to step on compared to the normal block.

My luck with my feet is always bad. Glass and Toothpicks actively seek them out. And with my condition, I can't wear slippers and have to go barefoot all the time inside. To say that I pay attention to what's on the floor would be an understatement! ;)

Why are there glass and toothpicks lying about?

Glass because if it hits the tile in the kitchen it breaks. And, even if it gets thoroughly swept, there's always a stray piece or three. I swept one out from under the cabinets last week that was a good 2 inches across. And nothing had broken in there for a few months. Toothpicks... they get used by the guys a lot and they are not as careful as they ought to be. They try but if there's one that escaped, I'm sure to find it.

Nope, wasn't me. I never even been to America. I'm not a groupie. I don't like punk bands. King was in a new wave/punk band. I haven't read that book, I will check it out: Midlife Confidential: The Rock Bottom Remainders Tour America with Three Chords and an Attitude.
The Rock Bottom Remainders did mostly covers (or made up new lyrics) of old rock and roll songs, so a far cry from punk/new wave. Not sure where that rumor got started.

It's not coming to me but will take a look at their set list (think there's one in Mid-Life Confidential) and see if it rings any bells.
Dave writes about it in Midlife. If I'm remembering right, the group who did the song asked them to quit changing the lyrics to something so graphic -- or I could be making that up. Now I'm going to have to read that book again!

The one good thing about the situation, with Dave laying there on the stage unable to move, I can swoop in and get some quality face time.
