....get better IllDog!....Trying to morph back into a SwiftDog after a weekend of being a SIckDog. Started on Thursday night and has been kicking my a** since. A bag of IV fluids, antibiotics, and a bunch of Advil later I'm starting to feel somewhat better. My fever seems to be gone, so that's a start. Crazy fever dreams, though. In one of them, SwiftDad was telling me I had to reset my system and that the only way to do it was by changing my iPhone settings. Bizzaro. At least working from home allows me to not have to use a sick day today.

Really? Is it for sure? I thought they had just got a big pay raise - wowI have spent the last few hours on a popular buy and sell website looking for Barbie doll gowns for my granddaughter and found 10 really pretty ones (I know! 10?? But its my granddaughter) Anyways, ordered them, paid for them and they will arrive in 14 to 21 days.
Then I went to a News site. There is a postal strike to start on 30th SeptemberSome days you just can't win.
I hope they can continue negotiations and not have to resort to a strike

On the News last night it said they are going out on strike because the female rural mail carriers receive much less wage than the male rural mail carriers and their jobs are the same. The last strike was 2011 and they were ordered back to work by the Mediator.
I hope it is very short, if there is a strike.
This week is opening week for the play, meaning I get to miss out on classes to do promotional material.

I’m an actor, I only have two lines but I’m on stage a lot.

High School, I like acting but prefer the idea of being a movie director as my profession later in life.

Didn’t quite work out that way. Almost became a SwiftCop like SwiftDad. Can’t complain too much though. I like my current job well enough and I work from SwiftDog Manor when I’m not traveling for work. All and all a pretty sweet deal
You can still be a rock star if you try hard enough, all you gotta do to form the perfect rock band is find that one member who’s super talented but no doubt going to die at age 27 under suspicious circumstances.

I was looking at someone on a breakfast show and I think he has a slight lisp. Maybe it was the speaker but it sounded (pronounced 'shoundered'; 'say' pronounced 'shay'; sat pronounced 'shat')
