The Appalachian Mountains would be the most recognized but others according to Wikipedia are the Baldface-Royce Range, the Longfellow Mountains, the Mahoosuc Range, and a small section of the White Mountains (mostly in NH).

Was a busy weekend. Ali had her last track meet on Saturday. It was their "district" meet. She did well! Her foursome won the medley, took 2nd in the 4x100m, and 3rd in the 4x400. Not sure why the coaches put her in the 4x400, she didn't run that all season. She placed 13th in the long jump. But it was so flipping cold and windy, all the girls struggled with it.

Last night was her Awards concert for band. She received a little pin for being 1st chair.

Have to take Ty to the dentist this morning, tomorrow afternoon is Ali's induction ceremony for Jr Honor Society and Thurs I have dr appt. Another busy week here.

Good morning!

Just popping in to wish everyone a great day! We are super busy today. Ty's track day starts in a bit, will last all day. Ali's induction ceremony is at 2:15 and somewhere before that I need to go buy some cookies for the little reception afterwards (was informed of this last night :facepalm_smiley:

) and also run a few errands that absolutely need done today. I am hoping Ty will be done with his events before Ali's ceremony so we can grab him and go and not miss anything he is doing but if not, he will have to go back to school on the bus and wait for the regular end of day. I hope he does not feel left out if he cannot leave with us.

I do not know why the last few weeks of school need to be so jam packed with fun!

When do your kids get out of school for the summer? You're probably as excited as they are so you'll get a little break unless they're signed up for summer activities, too.

I'm keeping my eye on the forecast just in case I need to have my SO hide the razor blades. So far they're saying snow will be in the higher elevations so we should just get rain. Fingers crossed.
