Remember, when you know the exact city, those cities have their own webcams so check them out too.
Not sure if it's still up, but there used to be one in Point Barrow, Alaska which was pretty cool to watch just for the utter desolation surrounding the town. I always wanted to go there and see what it was like. I think the name of the town has been changed back to the native American name it was originally called, but I think the cameras are still up.
