and I also earned this Rocket Boot badge for walking 90,000 steps in one day. (plus all the badges below 90,0000)

(I actually did 95,000 steps, but they don't recognize the next badge until you reach 100,000, which is the Olympian badge.)

90,000 is lot of steps. How many miles is that? On my apple watch, 20,000 steps is about 10 miles. I think your height makes a difference in the step/miles thing because the device calculates your stride. I'm 6' 1" and I looked on a couple of different days with approx 10 miles and I had approx 20,000 steps each of those dys.

Yes, 5 miles is 10,000 steps which I try to get every day.

the 95,000 steps I took that day took me 12 hours of almost constant movement. Walking and various exercises. I was getting a little concerned about getting my heart rate up that high for that length of time, so took many moments each hour to cool down and relax or I would've gotten that Olympian badge. I was moving and sweating my butt off that last 2 hours trying to get 100,000, but I just couldn't get it.

This was extremely difficult to achieve and I may try one more time for the Olympian badge, but it is an all day commitment to the goal.

Here are the exact stats:

95,024 steps taken
49.33 miles walked
5,915 calories burned
656 active minutes

I purchased myself a set of SHEEX sheets.

The bottom sheet is so damn easy to get on a mattress, that alone made the purchase worth it. I will never fight with another fitted sheet again.

Those antiquated sets that say they will fit mattresses up to 20 inches thick are lying. I have stretched and sweated to fit that last corner down over the mattress edge only to have it pop off in the middle of the night.

I will say, the top sheet takes some getting used to. You get yourself wrapped up in that, and it's like a straight-jacket. Would make a great mummy casing. Or a restraining device for someone losing their sh*t.
Are they satin? ;;D
What is a SEX sheet anyway?

Wow. That is impressive Deej. That's a lot of activity for one day. Kudos.

Random thought about Star Wars. Is it just me or is the whole Rey/Kylo Ren thing old, that whole will they wont they thing is just annoying, and lets be frank, who really cares? I care about Han, Luke, and guess what happened there. Oh, and another thing, no one cares about Reylo. NOBODY!
