So this is what it is like to be on the SKMB on a Friday.
At the time I was dealing with an angry customer who was upset because we no longer had any of the Memorial Day 6-burner special grill for $249. I said that was a special grill only available for the Memorial Day weekend, and it was noted as such in the flyer. I asked him why he didn't get it back then. He said we should have put a disclaimer disclaimer that we weren't going to have it available all spring & summer. I said that's what the only available Memorial Day weekend was. But there was no reasoning with him. When I had had enough I was tempted to tell him to visit the local diners and look for a time portal in their pantries, but instead let a manager deal with him.Lol, alrighty then!
