    How Was the Writing Handled?

    In books like these with two authors, how are responsibilities handled? Brainstorming sessions I’m sure are the foundation to get the ideas flowing and getting on the same page. But do they split chapters? One begin and then hand off to the other to fill in? Seems very difficult

    That might be the case if Kubrick had a time machine...the shining premiered in 1980, three years before Pet Sematary was published. Doubt king would have given him the manuscript.
