I picked up this book of short stories back in 1982 at a garage sale. I had moved to Evenston, Wyoming and was laying out in the sun with a friend when I first read it. I was 19 years old. It was the last of the short stories in this thin little paperback. I was wowed. I've never seen the movie and had hopes that Stephen King would at some point make it into a novel. I believe that I've read everything he has written and own most of them in hard backs. I'm currently reading his 14 short stories (on my Kindle) , don't remember what he called the book but I'm on his favorite with LT in it. He slays me every time I read his stuff. You are the bomb Stephen King. Getting ready to turn 59 years old and will be reading everything you put out. You, my writer friend are the bomb.
