I have an idea for something I'm sure your mother would really enjoy - "The Stephen King Illustrated Companion" by Bev Vincent. I got mine a couple of years ago and it's fantastic! It's beautifully made and has all sorts of little surprises inside. Here's a link so you can take a look at it:

I got mine at Barnes & Nobles - it was on sale!!!

I bought mine out of a car trunk at the Atlanta book signing for Under The Dome.....
The guy I bought it from said he was Bev Vincent, and it seemed legit to me. He even signed it for me ;;D

I've been searching around on the internet for a fan mail address for Mr. King. My mother is the biggest fan I know and I think it would be an amazing gift if I could get a signed picture dedicated to her for this Christmas.
I know that's pretty far fetched but she would absolutely love it.

Is there an official address I could really write to?

Any help would definitely be appreciated

As others have said, Stephen rarely signs autographs, and doesn't accept requests (you can imagine how much of his day would be taken by those requests if he did.) If you want to find something for your mom, keep an eye on Cemetery Dance (Cemetery Dance Publications: Stephen King) . . . they are a great resource for limited/special editions, and every now and then signed books, but you have to be on top of them as they go quickly. It won't be in time for Christmas this year, but I'm sure they will have some cool stuff out for Mr. Mercedes when it ships next year.

Welcome to the Board zed!! In lieu of a signed picture, I have an idea for something I'm sure your mother would really enjoy - "The Stephen King Illustrated Companion" by Bev Vincent. I want one. I might have to drop a hint for someone to get that for me.

David at Betts Books is another awesome place to find cool items.
It's an online store that specializes in Stephen King.
Here's a link Betts Bookstore, specializing in Stephen King

I have to keep this link on the backburner. Wish I had a bit more of King cash to play with! I have already spent my allowance on books and other things this year. Piggy bank is empty!:m_tantrum:
