Nearly all of the April Fools' day jokes got picked up by the media. The one reporting he was writing an episode for The Walking Dead got a lot of traction.I might be wrong (it did happen once in 1988 ) but I think Ms Mod was a co-conspirator behind the April Fools day prank that reported on King entering politics in a run for governor... which got legs in the media.
Thanks Ms. Mod. I'm healing nicely and thankful I have the ability to work at home, as others are depending on me. Plus, I work in the nude (not at home though)!
I was sick all weekend as wellI've been sick lately but on the mend. Flu/cold/infection. I went to see the doctor on Monday and she prescribed me 'Keflex' for my infection. Now I'm pretending to be half dead on a beach with lobstroity bites that are healing. Best. Infection. Ever.
How often does he write for TV? I know he wrote an X-files episode once, heard it wasn’t very good though.Nearly all of the April Fools' day jokes got picked up by the media. The one reporting he was writing an episode for The Walking Dead got a lot of traction.
There are probably other things, too, but honestly I don't keep track or pay that much attention to whether it does or not. Call me jaded.
Thanks FlakeNoir. It was nice to be home and whine about how sick I am while the wife tried really hard not to roll her eyes and shake her head (while still nursing me of course)!
Seeing that laughter is the best medicine, it's unlikely that anyone around you will be sick for long.
Wishing you a complete recovery very soon, Mal.
