What's wrong with Lutheran horror films? :)
I just felt compelled to answer this (but normally I resist discussing both politics and religion)

Actually - didn't even see this film but this is what popped up when I Googled "Lutheran horror films" [believe it or not Ripley's]

In Review: The Nun - The Canadian Lutheran

p.s. I know you were joking!

Thanks for the reminder Neesy, lets step back out of hot topic territory folks (looking at you Edward John ) and go back to discussing the latest movie that you have watched.

Last movie I watched I think was The Goldfinch on Amazon Prime. I'm kind of glad I didn't read the book - but maybe it was better. It seems like a lot of story to tell and didn't really translate well for me.

I want to watch Once Upon a Time in Hollywood - but it's long - I need to start watching it by 7pm. But I think it will be great.
The book is very detailed. I enjoyed it. Did not see the movie.

Mob Town and Mom and Dad.

Mob Town was about the Appalachian meeting of the mafia commission in the late 50’s. David Arquette played the state trooper that figured there was going to be a mafia leadership meeting in his town. Movie was ok. Nothing special.

Mom and Dad is a horror movie starting Nicholas Cage and Selema Blair. It was entertaining.

We just watched the 2019 version if Child's Play. I thought it was goung to be stupid, but it actually made more sense than the original! We all have Alexa, Siri, etc...and it was a plausible situation. We liked it.
Too many people think technology will be our downfall. Have they even considered the plausibility of a Bovine uprising? Now that would be scary, keep one eye open the next time you’re within at least 32 meters of a cow.

Well, I grew up around lots of cows but never was scared of them. Been a few years, so maybe they have changed. ;)
