HooRah! for him,and you parents for raising a son that is willing to go into such a selfless branch of the service..always thought that if my path was little different,I would have liked to do that..what is their motto, "So others may live" is that correct? Congrats to your family and to him..
...very handsome feller...rightful pride here...
Congratulations to him and to you for doing such a good job raising him! Hope he gets stationed where he'd like to be.
Marcus said they have internet access on the cutters (Coast Guard ships). Of course they don't have 24/7 access, but his generation definitely has an easier time staying in touch than those who went before him.Oh What a Fine and Handsome young man! Following in Footsteps of his Father and his Father before, so bravely and selflessly to help and serve others. I think he looks like YOU. What amazing dedication and hard work , and he is willing to give it all. It really is something to be so proud of, I know missing him is going to be so hard, but thank goodness we have all these DEVICEs right? Do they worketh by sea? that is another question, that probably has a million different answers at different times of course , but , I have to say the 3rd photograph really reaches right into the heart. All my Love Checkman to you and your family, and Congratulations, I share your Joy. (((Checkman&Marcus&Family)))
