The first Rugby League Grand Final I remember vividly watching on television was the 1973 Final between the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and the Manly Sea Eagles. It was a tough game because back then you could get away with a lot more stuff than you can today. He and another Englishman, Tommy Bishop, played for Cronulla but Manly won because of an Australian, English born player for Manly, Bob Fulton, scored two tries because of his speed off the mark. Fulton is the fastest guy I've ever seen accelerated from standing still.
