Winter people really do get so angry on the Internet don't they. Often over a prize they wouldn't want anyway. I will sometimes comment (with a sad face) that it's only available in the US, to save people in other countries from wasting time. Often, you can spend ten minutes filling everything out before it pops up a message that it's only available in the US. Not everyone reads the rules.
The page I mentioned above...the Canadian organization....they didn't realize the contest was for US only. Since they are specifically set up to work in Canada, petitioning the Canadian government and Canadian schools, it wasn't an appropriate link because at least 90% of their "likes" are Canadians. But, someone (not me) said "to bad there's no contest like this in Canada" and the organization has started a conversation about running one. But, I'll point out, nobody got rude with them.
As for videos not available, often they can be found on YouTube. I get blocked by CNN and BBC.
