Ah-mazing! Yeah, I'm thinking 5 mins is never gonna happen in my life.Re: the planking. I'm still doing this most nights. I only got so far in the challenge, then it just seemed insane. So I just plank for as long as I can each night before sleep now. I average 60 sec. The longest I've ever gone is a 90 sec plank. (Felt like the whole house was shaking.)
I was afraid to look, but then it showed up in the reply box... and, it's a happy surprise! Thank you!
(It won't actually be Friday for another 57 minutes, is it still okay for me to have it?)
In a way today is my Friday as I'm taking a four day weekend. So ah, Flake any crumbs leftover??I told you it was a surprise!
Yes, you can begin enjoying it now.
Most of it is still here--I just woke up from an unplanned sleep on the couch. Plenty for everyone...In a way today is my Friday as I'm taking a four day weekend. So ah, Flake any crumbs leftover??
Unplanned naps are the best, unless your driving that is. Thanks, Flake! Most of it is still here--I just woke up from an unplanned sleep on the couch. Plenty for everyone...
(Happy 4-day-weekend to you. )

Not to mention chocolate eclairs. This is true, the bottom of my Corn Flake box is proof.
You'll get yours tomorrow........surprise, that is
How's about a little preview?
I have a feeling I might need to be properly prepared..........
Good morning to you all. My hippie name is Luna. Just stopping in real quick since I am running behind today. I decided at 7:30 that my dogs just had to have a bath! Now, I am off to do the wash that created! Have a very good day everyone!Serenity
A preview would ruin the surprise, now wouldn't it?
I have a feeling you might be right about being properly prepared......
Wow what a day! I hope all goes well today for everyone. Oh, I feel for the person who lost their house. Glad no one was hurt.....and good luck with the physicals.....only good results allowed.Good morning, everyone.
The kids all had a good first day, and Evan didn't get lost once! Everything went as planned until the end of the day, then things got a little scary.
I had RJ, he was his normal, smiling self until around 1:30. He thinks he will miss out on something, so fights naps, but yesterday took the prize!! He screamed, and I mean screamed, for around 45 minutes. Nothing was working, not rocking and singing, not setting him down, not hubby. He finally gave up and fell asleep right around the time Evan texted me after school, which for him is 2:50. I texted him back we'd see him soon, and to please be quiet when he got home, because RJ was sleeping.
I was just getting ready to head over to pick up Ty and Ali, at 3:20, (which is 20 minutes early, but if you want a parking spot, that's when you leave.) Evan texts me again and says he just got on his bus. I said oh, is it going to be that late every day? He says hang on, I'll call.
So he calls and tells me the bus driver told them 2 houses were on fire across the street from Ty and Ali's school and that his bus is going there. ( Again, I'm not sure if this is a daily thing or because of the fire.) By now I'm at the end of our street, and there are fire trucks, ambulances, police cars with lights swirling. If Evan hadn't told me what was going on, I would have been in panic mode immediately, seeing that. (And THAT was how loud little RJ was screaming, I thought I heard one siren, but it sounded much farther away than the two blocks to the school, and I never heard a cacophony of sirens over him, neither did hubby.)They had the streets blocked off, no way to even get to the school. So I came home, called the school and told them Evan's bus was coming there, he would come inside and get Ty and Ali. We finally were directed to go to where the buses line up, so Scott went over and picked them all up.
No one was hurt, thank goodness. Kids were sheltered in place until a parent came to get them. The people in both houses were all safe. But. The houses, oh. The one on the corner is a total loss, half of it is just gone. And the house next to it suffered damage, the siding and roof caught. Those poor people! But, thank goodness no one was hurt.
Hopefully, there is no excitement like that today!
Have RJ all day again, and hubby's physical this morning, mine late this afternoon. Pretty busy day ahead again!!
Hope you all have a great Thursday! Sending big hugs and positive vibes to all!!
Trust me......I guess you're right, but it better be good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How much preparation time should I be planning on?
Trust me......
I can only strongly suggest that you prepare......after all, you did dare me......Flake didn't.......
