I used to eat the potted meat. Both the devil one King A Holic and the one Holly posted.
Cut Spam up into cubes (bite-size) fry with diced onion, add chopped Serrano peppers, some tomato sauce and a little water simmer for a 5-7 minutes..ta da! Spoon over two eggs and you have huevos rancheros.
Give me a COLD package of bologna or wieners and some mustard...I'm happy.

Yes. Well, around here they do. I pick some up for my father-in-law fairly often... Although he never likes how thick they slice it. And according to him the thickness makes all the difference in taste.I actually loved pimento loaf. Do they even make that anymore?
One thing my parents liked that I never could stomach - braunschweiger. It tasted likebadger liver pureed with rancid hummus and left to congeal. The cat absolutely loved it, though, which merely affirmed me.
