I heard on the news that Jared used to distribute porn when he was in college for cash. I am still not saying he is guilty, just that he knew how to make money in college.

2 things to point out: First, those messages were allegedly recorded from HER phone. Let's see if they can confirm that they came from HIS phone.
Secondly, IF he did date a 16 year old, it's disgusting and reprehensible to most of us. But in that state, it's legal. So he might be a slimebag, but he didn't break the law.
Date is such a kind word for someone who 'allegedly' paid for sex. It is all allegedly until proven.

Ok, this is what they have from her texts so far. It sounds like he was dating a (grown up) woman who owned a Subway franchise, and was asking her to advertise herself on Craigslist to have sex with other men (for money) so he could watch. He also asked her to persuade her underage cousin to have a threesome with them.
This same woman asked him is Craigslist was the website where he found the 16 year old who had sex with him for $100, which he said it was and that it was "amazing" with a zillion !!!!!!!! after.
Sounds pretty skeevy, but it may not be illegal. Well, paying a 16 year old for sex isn't legal, but they started this whole thing looking for child pornography.Did they find any on his computers? That stuff always turns my stomach, literally.

I'm not sure that's a fact (yet). I don't think the FBI has actually ever said what they are looking for. I think Subway speculated that maybe it could be tied to the guy in his foundation that was arrested but I don't think there has been an official statement as to what the FBI is looking for.

The former Subway spokesperson was a target of a federal investigation which included a raid on his home last month, in which several computers were seized ... allegedly containing child porn.
Law enforcement tells us Fogle will plead guilty to possession of child pornography. Charges have not been filed but we're told that will happen at the same time the plea deal is announced.
The plea -- first reported by Fox59 in Indianapolis -- could come as early as Wednesday.
A judge will determine the sentence.
