...YES!!!!!!.....
If we haven't spoken to you ("you" as in any member here) in either the threads or privately, then you weren't caught up in the kerfuffle.Ok, just making sure...it wasn't me?
Anyway, can someone in the know send me a PM so I know what's been up, and also so I know if I'm a problem, and if not how to help?
And, I proffer a blanket apology for anything I've ever done to offend or annoy anyone, ever. Up to and including that time I had the really bad chili dog farts and tried to blame it on the kid behind me in Sunday School. Not my proudest moment.
And, in its own post, I wanted to thank Moderator, Dana Jean, and FlakeNoir for all their hard work, patience and lack of firearms usage in these forums. Moderating is a cr@ppy job most days, with gusts of infuriating and heartbreaking to keep things interesting. There aren't enough hugs (or monies!) to express how important you all are!

(I wanted to mention this so that folks that were involved can have some peace of mind that they're not being talked about privately, I think this is especially important now that the trouble is in our rear vision mirror. )
Jen, it is truly a wonderful feeling to read something like this. Especially as...in my home, the moderating work I do each day is not recognised as 'real work' or a job... and is sometimes something I have to try and not be noticed doing. So hearing this and receiving this kind of validation, means more to me than you probably realise.
Thank you so much. xox
FlakeNoirThe work of all the Mods. As members, we often do not see the behind the scenes actions- can only image the stress levels. Every decision, every reply, every action you ( and the other Mods) take is spot on- always. You juggle your real home life with moderating this home. You truly amaze me- all the Mods do. This is the core of what you give to us, so freely.-- maybe in your home home moderating isn't recognized as "real work/ a job", but here- your second home and second family wants you to know how much we appreciate your hard work.Flake, you DO have a job and it is real work! Know that to be true!!
Thank you my friends... xox..."not recognized as real work"???...oh puh-leez!!!! Keeping the cattle in a herd like all you girls do is primarily a thankless job...but know that many of us couldn't conceive of a day without the three of you...and know that each of you is loved more than you know...

...nay! Be thee silent oh foul temptress of sugary morsels! May thine Snicker be doodled and thy oatmeal chocolate delights be congealed...GNTLGNT ... I'm eating cookies... snickerdoodles and oatmeal chocolate chip, to be precise... yum
Thank you, I will rest easy then, because no one has asked me to mend my ways. Well, my student loan people have mailed me a few notices from time to time, and my doctor keeps harping on my weight. Oh, and there's that whole messy situation so now I'm not supposed to enter the state of West Virginia again (the less said about that, the better!) But, I haven't heard from anyone here, so I will keep on keepin' on.
Flake, honey, I'm sorry to hearthat your job isn't recognised as the S.O.B. of a J.O.B. it really is some times.
