Dark looks cool... but you run into cost again. Before a printer can put colors, they have to put down a white base (or the colors are murky), and that counts as one of your colors (usually. Sundrop might know more about that, too)
Dunno. I sell tee shirts in my cafe press store, and the darks cost the same as the lights. Zazzle... I dunno.
