Work out one to five times a week, depending on what work schedule allows. Don't really like going to the club by myself, but I go with some friends, and that makes it enjoyable. The workout is sometimes aerobic (elliptical), sometimes weights, sometimes both.
Stationary bike at home, but we've traded it in now for a small elliptical, which seems to be the best for my knees but still getting in a good sweat session. Maybe it's cuz I'm old, but the stationary bike hurt my butt too much after a couple years of using it.
We eat fairly healthy. Fresh vegetables, grilled meat, low on the carby/starchy things. Well, I usually have granola cereal, blueberries, and flaxseed for breakfast, so there are some carbs there. I enjoy cooking too much and we enjoy eating too much to be too self-depriving.
Despite all that, I look like a bowling ball. I blame cheese, yogurt, occasional things that sneak in, and alcohol. (I mean, in this day and age, I can't blame myself.) A few years ago, I got close to fighting weight and felt great. But habits of a lifetime and self-indulgence had their way with me again.
